All our wall murals and other products are printed on-demand.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! Therefore if you are unhappy with your order, we will work with you to resolve any issue you may have had and ensure you are 💯% happy with your Product(s). 😃

Note that since all items are printed on-demand and to your specifications, Jess Art Decoration does not offer refunds, exchange or returns on any of its products, except for: incorrect, damaged and defective items, within 30 days of the date of receipt.

If you wish to return your incorrect, damaged or defective item for an exchange, please contact our customer service by email at jess@jessart.com.au for a return authorization. Items must be returned in unused and intact condition in the original shipping package.
